Firstly, scheduling was a breeze. The team was incredibly accommodating we all know how packed usually CNY is for cleaning. But they actually squeeze a slot for me.
On the day of cleaning, they were punctual and well-prepared. They came well equipped and also wasted no time in getting to work.
As we all know the interior cleaning of the fridge or oven is not included but Kungfu team actually went the extra mile to do it for me. Very grateful to them and when I ask them to add on the extra charge that was suppose to include they told me it’s fine, not to worry abt it.

I’ve always been skeptical about engaging cleaning services, as many agencies tend to overpromise and underdeliver — particularly when it comes to the quality and consistency of their workers. However, after reading some positive reviews, I decided to give KungFu Helper a try, albeit with low expectations.
To my surprise, the helper assigned to me, Suthae, arrived five minutes earlier than scheduled. She unpacked quickly and got straight to work. Despite being from Myanmar, her English was above average, and she understood my instructions without any issues.
For the entire three hours I engaged her, she worked tirelessly without taking a break, even though I offered her drinks. She was not only efficient but also extremely thorough in her cleaning — a rare combination. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and work ethic.
Looking back, I regret not trying KungFu Helper sooner — I would have definitely become a regular customer much earlier! Their administrative team is also very responsive, and I especially appreciate that they don’t ask you to sign up or book services through suspicious links, which is reassuring given how common scams are these days.

How do we determine the pricing of our cleaning services?

What are the modes of payment?
We accept bank transfers and PayNow for service payments.

Yes, just inform us beforehand what these changes are. Ample time is needed to process the modification.
How long is a quotation valid?
It’s valid for 30 days. You have a whole month to decide whether to proceed with it or not.
What is the next step after I book the service?
We will process the booking and assign a cleaning specialist for your home’s care.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can. To do this, just leave a message on WhatsApp at least two days before the scheduled date. Otherwise, a rescheduling/cancellation penalty will apply.
How much are the cancellation fees for changes in appointment time?
The cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount. The same rate applies if there are urgent requests (like changing the schedule) within two days before the appointment.
Can I choose the part-time maid?
If you know a Kungfu Helper cleaner that one of your friends or family members referred, we can assign them to you as long as they are available on the scheduled date. Enjoy the same helper and timeslot by booking a recurring session with us for as low as 23 SGD/hour.
Do I have to be present when the cleaner arrives?
We highly recommend that you are around so you can guide them around the house. We don’t want any area to be missed.
How are pets handled during cleaning sessions?
Our crew works around pets. But if one of your pets becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to vacate our workers from your home.
What are the guidelines for moving furniture during cleaning?

We will keep all information you share with us confidential. No third party without direct involvement with the appointment will have access to your data.

No. You won’t have direct access to their cleaning services unless you partner with us again for professional cleaning.

Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can. To do this, just leave a message on WhatsApp at least two days before the scheduled date. Otherwise, a rescheduling/cancellation penalty will apply.
Can I choose the part-time maid?
If you know a Kungfu Helper cleaner that one of your friends or family members referred, we can assign them to you as long as they are available on the scheduled date. Enjoy the same helper and timeslot by booking a recurring session with us for as low as 23 SGD/hour.
How do we determine the pricing of our cleaning services?
The prices vary according to the type of service, timing and size of your residential property.
What are the modes of payment?
We accept bank transfers and PayNow for service payments.
What happens if I have unpaid amounts on my account?

Can I make changes to the initial quotation?

It’s valid for 30 days. You have a whole month to decide whether to proceed with it or not.
How much are the cancellation fees for changes in appointment time?
The cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount. The same rate applies if there are urgent requests (like changing the schedule) within two days before the appointment.

Schedule a cleaning service as often as you need.
Can I request add-on tasks for specific areas in my home?
Yes, for as long as the tasks involve cleaning and our cleaner’s safety is not compromised. Discuss this with us.
Do I have to be present when the cleaner arrives?
We highly recommend that you are around so you can guide them around the house. We don’t want any area to be missed.

Kungfu Helper’s minimum booking hours is 2.5 hours. The duration of the session will depend on the condition of your unit and the tasks to be performed. You can message us for a free quote and recommendations.
Can I request other maintenance services during a cleaning session?
If this is about aircon servicing such as a chemical overhaul or wash, it’s best that you discuss this with us during appointment booking, not on the day of the cleaning. For any cleaning/maintenance service, be sure to reach out to customer support so we can arrange for the best possible schedule.
How are pets handled during cleaning sessions?
Our crew works around pets. But if one of your pets becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to vacate our workers from your home.
