You can pay via PayNow. Payment is collected after the cleaning service is completed.
How are helpers assigned to my booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, a part-time helper will be assigned to your slot and a confirmation message will be sent to you.

Yes. Our helpers are legally employed professionals from Myanmar. They undergo thorough background checks and are fully licensed and trained to provide you with a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.
Will I get the same helper for recurring bookings?
Yes! You can request the same helper for future or recurring sessions so you get a familiar face and consistent quality. For one-time sessions, requesting the same helper is possible but subject to their availability.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We pay close attention to your needs from the very first session and ask for your feedback to make sure we meet your expectations. You can easily share your thoughts via WhatsApp after your cleaning is complete.

Here are the services that are not included in our part-time helper scope of work:
- We do not clean high reach areas that need ladder higher than three steps.
- We clean balcony floors and windows only if they are safely accessible.
- Services such as childcare, elder care, and pet care are not included.
- (Other tasks). We can provide some like light cooking, car washing, laundry (except handwashing), and gardening. But please take note that our part-time helpers are mainly trained to handle cleaning tasks. So when you assign other tasks to them, make sure that they are properly guided.
What’s the difference between part-time maids and full-time helpers?
Part-time maids offer flexible scheduling and usually focus on cleaning tasks. On the other hand, full-time helpers live with you and provide a wider range of services, including childcare, cooking, and laundry, in addition to cleaning.
Can I request two cleaners for every job?
