04 Hanging Back the Curtains (Add-on)

If you’ve booked curtain cleaning with us, we’ll rehang them after the cleaning is complete so they remain fresh and ready to use.

05 Final Walkthrough

Our move in home cleaning services covers the main areas of your new home, like the living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. What’s not included are repairs, upholstery cleaning, moving big items and discarding furniture.
Hiring cleaning services saves you time and effort, and you can also immediately settle in because the home has been extensively cleaned.
Pre-move-in cleaning is much more detailed than regular cleaning since the goal is to deep-clean every corner of your new home to make your new home resident-ready and germ-free. Our service includes all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (including ladders), which is convenient since these items are often not available in a new house.
The coverage is the same as our move in home cleaning services. We clean all areas of your home to get it ready for the next residents.
For cleaning move in service, schedule the cleaning once the previous owner’s belongings have been removed. For move-out, schedule it once you have removed all your belongings. We suggest that you book our cleaning service at least a week in advance. The earlier, the better.
No, you don’t have to worry about the equipment and products. We come fully equipped!
Please ensure that the utilities are on, for we will need water and electricity. Also, temporarily clear out your belongings to give us room during cleaning.

The duration depends on the size and condition of your home. Each cleaning session is scheduled for a 4-hour time block with a minimum of 2 cleaners assigned to your property.

Most cleaning jobs take approximately three to four hours to complete.

Yes, you can book when it works best for you. Our specialised cleaning service offers three specific time slots: 9 AM-1 PM and 2 PM-6 PM. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

You don’t need to stay for the entire cleaning process, but we recommend that you be present at the start of the cleaning to open the doors and inform our team about areas that need special attention.

Customers are also required to return just before the cleaning is completed to participate in a walkthrough and sign off on our completed checklist.

We only follow our scope of cleaning work as outlined above. All those tasks already cover what landlords and/or agents usually require before the handover.
